St. Augustine Preparatory Academy | President

St. Augustine Preparatory Academy (Aug Prep), a K4-12 non-denominational
Christian School, opened its doors in 2017 to serve the children and
families in the heart of Milwaukee’s south side, a predominantly
underserved, urban, Latino community. Within a short two-year period, Aug
Prep has seen remarkable growth in its student population from 600 to now
1,320 with a vision to grow to 2,200 students in the next few years.
Having assembled a noteworthy executive team to launch the school, Aug Prep
is now looking to solidify its mark with a critical new hire, their newly
created role of President.

The President will likely have had experience working in education, but the
best individual will be one who is a true Christian executive leader at
heart and is excited about stepping into a nearly ground floor opportunity
to dramatically and positively alter the trajectory of children’s hearts,
souls and minds.
