The following is a list of current job openings with SHE:
(1) Assistant Program Director of Real Estate Development
The Real Estate Development team is experiencing a tremendous period of
growth. SHE has over 800 rental housing units in the development pipeline
and approximately 300 single-family lots. With recent expansions to develop
senior housing, permanent supportive housing, and transit-oriented projects
there is a need to expand the team and we’re recruiting for an Assistant
Program Director of Real Estate Development.

The Assistant Program Director supports the Program Director and general
management of one or more SHE programs and participates in the overall
management of the organization. The Assistant Program Director will manage
several staff positions and assist the Director in implementing real estate
development projects, fiscal management, reporting, advocacy and policy
outreach and other efforts to expand the impact of SHE. Click here to learn

(2) Project Manager – Real Estate Development
The Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of development, including
involvement with the selection of the design team and general contractors,
application for project funding including tax credits and other housing
sources, construction management and coordination with the mutual self-help
housing program and/or the asset management team. Click here to learn more

(3) Project Tech – Real Estate Development
The Project Tech will be extremely organized and be able to take direction
from multiple sources. Applicants should have strong written and verbal
communication skills and solid math skills. Responsibilities include
administrative / clerical duties and file maintenance and data entry. Click

(4) Project Manager – Energy
The CD Energy PM, works closely with residents of San Joaquin Valley
low-income, rural communities to access clean, affordable energy and
transportation improvements. Project Managers are responsible for several
aspects of community based projects including assessment, development and
implementation plus community outreach and engagement. Click here to learn

(5) Community Development Specialist
The Project Community Development Specialists work closely with low-income,
rural residents to assist them in the development and management of
community facilities. CD Specialists also assist communities in
participating in regional water management and groundwater sustainability
