Join Community Vision’s (formerly the Northern California Community Loan
Fund) New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) experts for an in-depth overview and
group conversation about NMTC financing. This workshop will focus on how
NMTCs can be used for parks. NMTCs bring capital to a wide array of
organizations located in under-invested communities throughout the United
States. Closer to home, we will discuss the creative ways in which
Community Vision has deployed its NMTCs to capitalize high-impact and
innovative projects to spur economic development, foster the arts, increase
access to healthy foods, create good jobs, and deliver critical human

Community Development Entities (CDEs), like Community Vision
