The Director of Human Resources & Administration acts as a strategic partner with the Executive Director for the implementation of the agency’s goals and direction, supervises specific management positions, coordinates hiring and provides HR assistance to staff, supports the ED in the management of daily operations, and acts as a representative on behalf of the ED (when absent), and as requested at other times. The Development Director reports to the Executive Director, and supervises a development staff of three. The role of the Development Director will be to plan, implement, and evaluate Food For Thought’s comprehensive fundraising program. Primary duties include overseeing our major gifts, annual gifts, and legacy gifts programs, and supervising and engaging board, staff, and volunteers in development efforts.
