Driven by our faith and values, we continue to listen to the cries of our
communities. We know what’s at stake this upcoming election: housing is
rapidly becoming unaffordable for the majority of our people, while our
communities of color continue to be displaced and torn apart from their
families. But we know that change lies within community power! We know that
united, we can demand accountability of our future elected representatives
to prioritize what is important to our communities!

In the last four weeks, congregations and leaders across Faith in Fresno
have knocked on thousands of doors, helped 544 infrequent voters commit to
voting, many of whom have oftentimes felt marginalized and unheard. *By
election day on November 6th, our collective goal is to engage with 15,000
voters. Can you help us get there? Whether you are looking to get your
community involved, or hoping to get connected as an individual, your
support is needed! *

– *Sign up for one*
our canvasses or phone banks, happening nearly every day. Let us know if
you can come out by clcking here! *
– Commit your congregation or community to “100% voting” by collecting
as many voter commitment cards as you can. Reach out to us if you’re
interested in collecting cards, or Pledge to Vote by filling out
this* Online
Please share widely!
– Make a commitment to call and encourage 10 of your friends, family and
neighbors to vote – and we will help you keep track of your turnout

*Congressional District 22 Forum is Happening on Wednesday at 7pm. See
flyer below and encourage others to join us.*

We have seen powerful testimonies of individuals like yourself engaging in
this work, oftentimes making it a family event! For example, local Muslim
community members are working to get out the Muslim vote! Siblings Salman
and Adnan, and their mother Jameela have been calling hundreds of Muslim
voters over the past few weeks. Salman stated, “This is important because I
feel these elections in particular have a huge impact on the Muslim
community and future generations. It’s crucial for Muslims, now more than
ever, to represent our voice and make clear what we want and need from our
elected officials.”

*Our Third H.E.A.T. Partnership Table is happening on Tuesday at 6pm. Let
us know if you can make it. *
